Hey all you WW out there!!

I need a good dinner recipe I am looking on their website and nothing is coming off across as appealing (or simple to make) to me. I wanna make a dinner with chicken breast in it. I also don't want to be cooking for hours.

Anyone have some yummy filling recipes that they want to share?

TIA

Laughing Cow Chicken

Spread one wedge of laughing cow cheese on the chicken breast. Place one slice ham on top. Roll the chicken breast up, hold together with toothpicks. Bread with breadcrumbs or corn flake crumbs.

Bake at 350 for about 25 min or until golden brown.

It's a WW version of chicken cordon bleu

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and add oil; heat over medium-high heat. When hot, add chicken and cook until lightly browned and no longer pink in center, about 4 minutes per side.

Pour 1/2 cup of sauce into prepared baking dish; place chicken in dish and pour remaining sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly, about 25 minutes.

Sounds good... but what kinda cheese is laughing cow? I'm kinda picky about weird cheeses

It's a spreadable cheese and comes in 3 different flavors: swiss, french onion, garlic & herb. Make sure you get the light version.

I love sauteed cut up chicken breast in olive oil with steamed fresh spinich and fresh mushrooms. I add some italian seasoning and have it over brown rice.
