What did you DH make for you last nght??????

marinated chicken breasts in italian dressing and made on the foreman grill with rice with mixed veggies thrown in!

It was good! And the best part was getting yelled at to sit down and stay out of the kitchen

I was just to going to post the same thing! We had a date, remember?

Did he master the rice cooker?

Jean made macorni & cheese. It was good, but not like we expected. I don't think I woudl have chosen that recipe . It involvd eggs so it came out more like a quiche without the crust.

I did help a little though. . .I sliced the cheese & beat the eggs.

Totally let him cook dinner on Tuesdays. . . before you know it he'll be buying the groceries by himself too! Jen buys the groceries Mondays after work, b/c I get home too late & with the wedding, we barely have any weekend time.

ETA: he did the rice perfectly....but complained abotu the veggies cuz there were peas in the mix!!!
