Hey creeper NWR

was coming back from lunch and needed gas. I pull in and see this odd ball walking like a lost dog. I get out and start to pump and he is looking in my car, like cupped hands etc. I figure he is a nutbag and dont say anything. he then comes and trys to take the pump out of my hand. i look around to ensure in in self serve and then tell him to go away. Next a girl come us, she cleans my windows, some safety glas promotion and tells me he is the full serve guy. He is mad that they (the people cleaning the glass) are on his area and he has been spraying gas at them.....
