We're in contract on a house and I am trying to help my wonderful landord find a new tenant. We are moving the end of this month so you can move in asap! Its in East Meadow, walking distance to lots... even Savannah and the town pool! We use it as a one bedroom but can easily be a 2 bedroom. Its on the second floor of a private house with lots of windows and closets! She even lets you have your own area in her yard because its HUGE! Shes looking for $1300 but that includes ALL utilities!
