ok, so I need something about 8 inches tall, not terribly wide (enough to fit the scooper and the favor tin) with handles preferred
ivory or gold please...and oh yea...CHEAP!! LOL

solids...or with accents (colors could be mix or bronze, ivory, gold..even silver)

Man, I am either off my game or you have a really TALL order. I can't find anything that won't end up being too wide. It seems you are requesting a non-standard sized gift bag my friend.
The best I can come up with is a wine bag, most of which are 13' in height. But I am still looking because they have to make bags for those mini wine bottles. If you wanted organza, that would be easier. But noooooooo, you have to be difficult! Ha. I kid.
