That's a lovely dress. I like cameos very much, but I think you should only wear one cameo piece at a time. They're a bit overwhelming, otherwise. Wear the earrings, or the bracelet. Since you already have the earrings, why don't you wear those with the pearls?

Thanks for your advice Pencils. I wouldnt mind mixing them, but the pearl bracelet I had in mind will not match well with the cameo earrings.... I will make sure the cameos match and then I can decide from there... I love hanging earrings too like these:
