Hey Ladies!!!!

It's been quiet on here lately!!!

So how is everyone doing??

I graduate school (yay!!! ) and now I'm waiting to hear back from 2 jobs so I can save up some money this summer... FH is still waiting to hear back from jobs, so it's a bit stressful over here!!!

Other than that all is the same! I'm going to Sand Castle to drop off a payment at the end of the month and show my sister around, so I'm excited!

Well school is stressing me out even more and i just want to do done at this point ..sucks so much and because of school and have not even done anything for the wedding at all...the only thing ive done is book my florist and thats about it ...and i keep telling the FH when are we going to book the other vendors and he looks at me like im crazy ....i just wish i was done with school and have a REAL job to save money...

Congrats girls with finishing school! Thats a huuuuge stressor now gone!
I've asked all of my bridesmaids and I'm having them all over at the end of June for dinner, wine and gifts!
I'm planning to book my dj at the next sandcastle showcase. I hope they do some kind of on the spot discount
I would love to hear where everyone else is at with planning! ESP about flowers!

Yea my mom is paying for it ..its a local florist thats in my town ..so much cheaper and does one wedding a day ... thats all i really did so far ...i dont know about the other stuff ..like invitations or band ...but i know soon after my summer class that i will be more into booking the rest of the vendors and getting them out of the way...are u going to the girls night out thing??

I like that we all have the 'get stuff done early' mentality!!

I have to go down to the church still to put our names 'in the book' to save our date. I think I'm going to the venue at the end of the month with my sister and since the church is 10 min away I'll do that then....

I think that we are going to go the Grand showcase in September to look at Genesis, but I'm pretty sold on L*ive W*ire E*ntertainment!! And I'll be at the G2G!!

That's great that you know someone for flowers- as much as I love them, I feel like I don't want to spend too much on them. I heard Flowers by Rose is really good- I think I've read that she works out of her house?

I think we found the photographer too! lol FH loves this one place (M*i*llimeter P*h*otography). I like how there work is really unconventional and they are VERY well priced! I also love A J I*ngoglia for video, but I emailed him and he said he may be moving to LA after the last 2012 wedding

Thankfully we have plenty of time to find all the good bargains and be picky

Hey guys--

Congrats on graduating school and good luck in grad school. We have a showcase tomorrow night at Watermill and A D A photography will be there.. Tommy's Tunes is also doing a showcase.

I have heard great things about Flowers by Rose as far as pricing and quality. I think I'm gonna go with roses and gerberas.. their my favorite. I guess I'm hoping to have everything booked by the new year except the florist as that can wait a little bit and I need to keep some money in the bank..lol.

I agree! FH and I said that we are going to look around this summer at different places and start putting down deposits in September.

I love all of the planning!! And someone needs to block Etsy from my PC because I already spent $1,000

EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing's come in yet (prob not for another month or so), but I got frames, bouquet charms, bride/bridesmaid clothing, hangers, flip flops, clutches, flower girl stuff... and I can't remember the rest lol

ETA: Oh and bridesmaids jewelry lol

OMG...you are way ahead LOL...i just have shirts that say mrs baierlein est.2013 and sexy bride but i have not got anything yet for my BM or MOHs but i saw something for my MOHs that i really love so have to get on it ...but we have a photography place and a dj...its ********* ..i love them both and they work with each other so it makes it so much better we just need to meet with them again to talk about the packages and stuff ...so if you girls are going to the G2G..where is it? LOL...b/c i have no idea and im going to wear my Mrs.Baierlein shirt so it will be easy to spot me

I just registered for it the other day- Maybe I'll get a 'Mrs. Redlein' shirt made up so we can all spot each other lol (my shirts def won't be in by then)

Yea, sounds like he's pretty set on LA. All we can hope for is that he gets homesick and comes back before all of our weddings

I'm so mad.. I never even looked at another videographer that I liked because i was so deadset on him..

That's my problem.. once I love something--there is no changing my mind. Kind of like the 6700 dollar band I saw last night.. now every DJ sucks.. lol I need to break this habit and suck it up..
