Hey ladies, I need some prayers... I'm really nervous...

In follow up to my little hospital visit on Thursday, today at 1 I have to go to a specialist to make sure its nothing serious. I dunno why I am having panic attacks over this, but maybe its b.c the nurse made it sound mandatory that I come in today and not in 2 weeks. I'm really scared and nervous about this. I mean I have my sister coming with me, who is my 'calm-down remedy' but my heart is going a mile a minute and I am ready to have a panic attack over this.
Can I please have some prayers that this is all in my head and this is nothing serious, just a little hiccup in my life. The doctor at the hosptial said I may have a condition that is curable, but it takes a long time and its killing me to think that I'll be on meds...

I just said a prayer for you! Until you know what is what, try to stay calm. No use in worrying over something until there is actually something to worry about. Think about happy things in the meantime, like your upcoming wedding!

I'm glad you've got someone to accompany you to the appointment. Stay positive; maybe they asked you to come in soon because that doctor won't be available in that 'two week' window of time.

don't be nervous. They're just being cautious which is a good thing.
also, trust me, being n meds is no big deal. I've been on meds since 2004 and it's fine. Recently I stopped taking pills and now I'm doing shots at home which also isn't a big deal.
Better they check you out now so whatever it is can be dealt with early.
Take a breath and you'll be ok. Drs and hospitals aren't fun but better you check into this now rather than later.
