I just got your card-- how cute!!

Thanks so much for sending the recipe card back- we will miss you at the Shower but THAT Friday I will see you at your wedding so it's OK!

The only thing that struck me as a little odd, and I mean, I ask only because I THOUGHT you liked me-- is the recipe you chose... PEANUT BUTTER Brownies?? I'm assuming you have not heard about the OUTBREAK of salmonella but maybe you have and this is your way of finally 'offing' Vinny and myself. I guess you thought I wouldn't catch on, huh? .....

Honestly, those brownies are worth the risk of salmonella. They are simply amazing!!

Can you believe that two weeks from today is my wedding?

Worth it? Well, in that case I'm sending Vinny out for a case of SKIPPY as soon as possible!!

It was SO funny b/c I read the story on AOL and then I walk downstairs to let Char out and there's the card on the counter (I love how Vinny lets me know I have mail-- it would have sat there for DAYS until I saw it)... Anywho, I open it up and read PEANUT BUTTER brownies and I was like YUMMMM-- and very quickly went ooooh!!!! remembering the story- but I'm just kidding- it was good for a chuckle though.

Char went piddle and I came up to post...

Vinny and I are beyond excited for your wedding!!!! I didn't even choose a dress yet but I have several choices. I can't wait for the food OMG!!! And I can't wait to dance my asss off-- you know how we do

It's ok that you can't make it-- I totally understand b/c of everything you have going on and you won't be coming up until after- we will miss you!

Can't wait for the 15th- it's amazing how close you are... And THEN I will see you only like two or three weeks after that, right? B/C we are coming down to DC from 7/1-7/7 for the fourth, fireworks, sightseeing, etc.... We are SO excited to go to DC!!!! We just want to get AWAY for a while... I can't wait

DC for the 4th is so much fun. Make sure that you guys are ready to do some drinking on the 3rd too because we're bringing you on the mid-town bar crawl!
