Hey NYE PLans

WHats everyone doing?

We are hanging out with friends at home...

Resting and then heading out to Exit at about 4am!!!!!!!!

A group of us gets together every year at New Years. This year we are going to the Huntington Townhouse. One of the best deals on the island. $99 pp, all you can eat, open bar, dancing all nite. Even a breakfast buffet later on.

Hell if I know! It's our 4 year anniversary...you'd think we'd have something planned. We're so looking forward to having a cheaper anniversary, though!

OMG, T!?? 4 am?? Those days are ovah!! I'll be lucky if I make it 'til midnight.

We'll be spending a quiet evening at home w/ our Peanut. He goes to sleep by 8 and I should be in bed by 9.

I would like to spend it in...and DH has to work at 9 am the next morning...but his 2 friends are visiting...so I feel obligated to find something to do...

Ditto.
We don't 'do' New Year's Eve. I used to hang out with my friends when I was in Texas. It was the big thing. All get together drink and watch the ball drop actually had a lot of fun. Or rent a limo and cruise Austin's 6th Street.

Don't have that kind of 'friend' group here so it's not possible. Everything is a drive or train ride away and its such a pain here. Jim & I just aren't into it.

I guess I got old, I'm just not all hyped for it. I wouldnt mind a party tho. We may go touch base with my old roomie who's a bartender in Queens/Long Island, depended on where he's working that night.

Otherwise, it's just me & Jim with a chilled bottle of wine and good Old D!ck Clark.
