we bbq & went to Masapequa on the water to see fireworks from jones beach it was awesome but we got attacked by BUGS

i ate half of a chocolate pudding pie...i made it last night. its chocolate pudding with banana's and whip cream on a grahm cracker crust. mmmmm....

i weigh in tomorrow but I have been doing yoga everyday and hitting my min. number of points so i think a little splurge like that is ok
