Hi everyone

Hi everyone...this is my second post but I have been reading and getting some great ideas from you girls :)

id like to introduce myself to some fellow 08 brides :)

I am Jessie and my fiance is John. I am an RN and John is a suffolk county cop and army reserve MP. we have dated for a little over 3 years and just recently got engaged. A few days after getting engaged I found out I was pregnant which was a huge scary shock for us and has put our wedding planning on hold. We went to town hall and got married so that I could have johns benifits and we could do whats best for our baby. It not the route I wanted to go but since we did that we still plan on having a regualr wedding and just not telling anyone. I feel guilty for doing it but i need to do whats best for my family. So we are counting our 'real' wedding when we actually get married and say our vowes. So I will be planning my wedding for either sept of 08 or 09 depending on how i feel about myself after the baby. Because I want to feel great in my wedding dress not over weight :(

anyways thats my story. we orignally wanted a destination wedding but my parents really want me to have a wedding home and they want to pay for the reception so we will see. I really like the watermill thats prob my top choice right now but I have to see if we can afford it , because my number one priority will be the baby now

anyways it seems so great here and i look foward to getting to know you all :)

sorry that things are not going as planned, but you have a beautiful baby that will come into your lives and will be your pride and joy...Sometimes life doesn't go as we planned, but everything happens for a reason and you will be blessed with a love you have never experienced before....Things will work out and you will have a beautiful wedding and you will have your baby there to share in that joy. Good luck with everything, and anytime you need help just ask, everyone on here is so great and helpful...Right now its late so most of them are not on but you will get alot of responses tomorrow.
