Hi Girls!!

How is everyone today?? anything new?

I still have to do shopping...let me see if i can do some online now while at work..LOL cant believe its Thursday....I am graduating on Sunday and my dad is flying in on Saturday so it will be family weekend.

How about you guys? anything new?

im sitting at my desk patiently for my bonus check to be handed to me......

And I finally started some shopping last night!!

Picked up a very beautiful Michael Kors bag for my MOM (which I will be borrowing from her)

Sick as a dog at work - God forbid any of my coworkers offer to cover for me.

Have to go get FH's Christmas present tonight or tomorrow night & also pick up a few other things for some other people.

I have grad school class all weekend (9-5 on Saturday and 9-12 on Sunday) - it's one weekend/month and tomorrow is the first weekend of my new semester.

That's pretty much it.

I planned a holiday lunch for the support staff so I have to set that up soon.

Then I am going to Caryle on the Green. I am helping a group that I am the Treasurer of plan their gala.

ugh i love Michael Kors....i should do that LOL buy something nice for my mom so i can borrow it LOL love it!

i wish i got a bonus check good luck!!! hope you get a lot!! $$$

its going around...i am little nasaly myself but feel fine...i think i have allergies...(if that makes sense) LOL
what are you getting your FH? i got my FHs present on Monday--had to get out of work early.

Thank you - the reason I'm sick is b/c none of my coworkers know how to stay home when they're sick. Runny nose, throat is sore, I'm coughing and losing my voice. It's lovely.

Fh needs a new computer desperately and he wants a MAC so I'm just getting him a gift card for the Apple Store. He feels bad spending the money on a new computer when we have a wedding to pay for, so I figured if I cover half of it, he won't feel as guilty. I also told my mother to get him the same thing (so he'll have more money towards it). It's not a creative gift but it's practical and we'll have it when we get our own place too.

Also...the Macbook is sooo nice! my FH got me that as an early graduation present and it was expensive, but i needed it for school etc.
i got the 15.4 inch. If he tells the apple rep that he is going to school he gets $100 off as a student discount...does he go to school?

We have been doing practical gifts also. For FH birthday I got him a really good camera. Our camera broke (it was crappy anyway) and I figured with his brother's both having kids and the honeymoon, etc we are going to want to have a good camera.

He got me an IPAD for my birthday. Again something that we can both use!

It's annoying and now I'm here sick b/c it's like pulling teeth when you ask someone to cover for you.

LOL - I can't with people. Trust me, I'd love to go home but no one is a team player here. Plus, I'm a contract worker and I won't get paid for any time I'm not here.

omg! I understand why, but I hate when people come to work sick! I also hate that people are not clean. Ugh! Grosses me out so bad!

Other than that, I'm just shopping (no holiday checks coming my way!) and enjoying the holiday season.
