Does anyone know a hall that has no windows in the room. I want a day wedding but dont want the room so bright. Also my list is only 90 people.

Hi girls...i'm new here - Long Island Weddings
the sterling caterers has an all inclusive package for 100 people for 10k if u do a Sun it's 9k a nd all 3 rooms have no Windows! at the moment nothing else is coming to mind...I will add more if I can think of any!
most venues r going to have a 100 person min! some even more....im using the largest room in the sterling so my min is 175!

I believe that I have been to a wedding at the Watermill were there weren't any windows - the wedding wasn't HUGE either, so it may fit your size!

I believe the downstairs room at Chateau Briand has no windows, and is beautiful! I believe they should be ok w/your guest list. A day time wedding should be a pretty decent price too.

I just had my daytime wedding at the Watermill and it was amazing!!!!!! All of my guests were shocked how it felt like an evening wedding since there are no windows and they really dimmed the lights and I had up lighting which helped! Definitely check out the Watermill!!!

Re: Hi girls...i'm new here
I went to a day wedding at Westbury Manor that was very nice. Their outdoor cocktail hour was great- beautiful space to enjoy during the day and I don't remember whether or not there was windows but it was definitely dark/dim lit and I specifically remember having to adjust my eyes going outside if that helps lol I wouldn't rule out all windows though. Some places may be able to draw curtains or control the lighting.

DEF CHECK OUT WESTBURY MANOR I LOVED IT THERE BUT I WANTED THE OPPOSITE... I WANTED LIGHT AND BRIGHT. ALSO I WENT TO WOODBURY CC WHO DID A FAB JOB AT MAKING A DAY WEDDING LOOK JUST AS GORGEOUS AS IF IT WERE NIGHT WITH THE WAY THE SET UP THE ROOM AND THE DRAPES. BOTH PLACES HAVE GREAT FOOD!!! GOOD LUCK!

I agree with the watermill. I went to a daytime wedding in them downstairs ballroom and it felt like a nighttime party!
