I went off BCP a few weeks ago. I was hoping to get some advice from you all.
I already started taking folic acid, but is there anyting else I should be doing to get ready? I eat OK, and work out regularly.
My knowledge on how/when to get pregnant is NONE.

Aside from taking folic acid...I quit smoking and don't really drink much (maybe a glass or 2 of wine on weekends) and I am trying to eat better.
That's about it for me!

At the recommendations of some of the other girls on the board, I bought 'Taking Charge of Your Fertility' and I wish I had it 3 months ago when we started TTC. It makes so much sense out of your cycles, etc.
I whole heartedly recommend that at the early stages of TTC.
