Hi! My name is Julie and I'm new to these boards. The wedding is 9/24/04! I am trying to plan my DREAM WEDDING on a BUDGET! The only things I booked is the hall and the dj - I need recommendations/suggestions for everything else please!!!

Welcome! Congrats on your engagement and on finding LI Weddings! In the month that I've been on here, I have learned more than most brides learn in a year. The women on this site are so knowledgeable and eager to help each other. I am also working on a tight budget, so I completely understand what you are going through.

Good luck and try to have fun. It's often easier said than done, but once you get the boring stuff out of the way (like trying to figure out how you're going to pay for this and picking the vendors you want to go with), there's nothing left but your imagination and being able to make your dream wedding come true!

Welcome! Definately try Fairy Tale Affairs in Massapeqau. They are Merrick Road. They do invites, favors and everything!! They are so patient and down to earth. I have heard great things about them...good luck
