Hi, Im new

I recently got engaged and a girl at work told me her sister comes on this site.
I haven't done anything yet and I have no idea where to start!
I want to have a huge Italian wedding, about 350-400 people.
I think we are going to look at Russos, Siricos and El Caribe, but does anyone else have any suggestions where to go? Thanks!

Thanks girls! Im sure well have it at Russos but of course we want to keep our options open. I was there for a communion last spring and the food was out of control!
My parents are pushing for Russo's also. Im going to go there this week :)

There are a couple of girls on here that are getting married at Russo's. I'm sure they'll give you some info.

In my opinion, I would say not to bother looking at Sirico's... I don't think they could hold up to 400 people in their bigger room, if they could, I really think it would be crowded.. Have fun looking at places..

I just had my engagement party at Sirico's last friday (10/17/03)! I had the big room (on the right when you first walk in)...we had about 160 people and I wouldn't put many more than that. The food, service, and whole party was really great (I am still getting phone calls about how much fun people had) but because our families love to dance the dancefloor was crowded at times...it could never accomodate 350-400 people.

I just went to a wedding at the El Caribe in August. It was ok. They didn't have the seafood cocktail hour (which I heard is to die for) so the cocktail hour was ok. The food was ok in general...everyone raves about the El Caribe so my expectations were high and it didn't really do anything for me...it was just ok - JMO...you and others may love it!
