i don't mean to preach (the educator in me), but i think it is rather rude and shallow to make fun of these people. it is one thing to criticize one's attire or behavior, but to pun fun at something one has no contol over (looks) is (IMO) inappropriate.

ets: imagine one these people being your child? hopefully we all will be blessed w/ beautiful healthy children, however not all parents are so lucky.
