hi- this might be my new home!

I'm very possibly having a 'destination wedding' now (I know I am allllllllll over the place). The destination will only be Florida so it isn't to bad. What I am curious about is a timeline as far as when I do STD, when do I send out information regarding hotels and flight information for guests, when to send out invites etc. Does it make sense to do a wedding website for FH and I and put the web address on the STDs and leave the travel information on the site? I am a TA so all bookings would come through me so that is ok. I just don't know how to get all this info to my guests (there may be over 100 coming).This is very foreign to me so any help will be very helpful TIA!

Make sure you out as much info as possible on the wedding website so that those who are computer savvy can always look for updates online, and also be able to check out the location, and what ever else they're interested in knowing.

We sent out our save the dates in May 07 people are putting down their deposits with our travel agent in July 07 so they have roughly a year to pay for their trip.. Advance notice is a MUST especially if you want a larger DW like 40 plus people
