Has anyone had any problems hearing back from her? I understand that she runs the business out of her home, but I haven't heard back from her in a week, and I don't want to seem like a pain and keep emailing her. Thanks!
When we were in constant contact it would take her 3-5 days to get back to me. Maybe with all of the snow she's been distracted? Try calling her perhaps?
im waiting ofrmy contract from her. I heard she does fab work and mine is just for a bridal shower for some centerpieces so not a huge deal..when i had a lot of questions it would take her 24-48 hrs.
I've been in contact with her, and she's my florist. Have you only emailed her? I'd suggest calling as well. Have you booked with her yet?

she was my first florist i ever emailed and i hadnt heard back from her and i was so disappointed. i made appts with other florists and moved on, and eventually got an email from her with her saying that she realized the email she had sent me was stuck in her draft folder and she didnt know why. i gave the benefit of a doubt and ended up booking with her! now it usually just takes a few days to hear back.

She is my florist and I haven't had a problem with her getting back to me. Within a few days she has gotten back to me via e-mail
Michelle is amazing and usually gets back quickly. I would try contacting her again because I had that happen to me where she thought she sent it and it was in her draft folder instead.
