Can I have honest opinions? I really LOVE high CPs like the first pic for my RH but I would like save money on CPs so if I did every other table like the 'tree' one and did the other CP as candles so my room has a 'glowing' effect on the fourth of july! Do you think they totally dont match at all or would it work? I want honest opinions!
Low version with a TON of floating candles all throughout the center of the table
High version but this is a low picture. I want to do it in a 28' trumpet vase with about 10-15 candles per CP.

I think it will be fine. I'm having high and low centerpieces also. I love high centerpieces but budget wise it was best to go the high and low route.

I agree...I think its a nice idea...I like the idea with the candles on alternating tables...It will add a nice glow to the room.

well i am being completely honest...seriously that would never cross my mind at all...i saw on some shows 'whose wedding is it anyway' or one of those shows people did this and i just though Oooo thats different and nice and never did it cross my mind that someone might've done it to save money. Ooooh and im almost sure i saw it on tv at an expensive wedding. I just thought oh wow this person probably had two styles in mind and went with both ideas

Honestly- its a great idea- if I saw it at a wedding i wouldn't realize that you were trying to save money- i would just think that it was unique and creative of you!
plus- they actually match nicely- especially in a july 4th kinda way!

I love candles and want them everywhere at my wedd reception. I only want the light of the candles lighting up my room. I am doing tall CP's and candles spead down the tables. You can def mix and match your CP's to diff tables, that would look soooo nice with the lower CP's and the tree CP's

I think it's a great idea!!! I love the idea as long as throughout there is some common theme...for example, color, candle holder or flower choice.

I was just at my hall the other day, making a payment, and they were setting up for a wedding - and they did the same exact thing - every other table had a huge cp and the others had smaller low flowers and I absolutely LOVED it - very elegant, classy, plus probably saved money too!
