HIIIII GIRLSSSS!!! Back from the HM with a million non pro pics!

Hi ladies!!!!!! So I'm not gonna lie -- I have been lurking a little bit (even on the HM! Ha!) but haven't had much time to post. When we got back from Bermuda we learned that 1. our house was INFESTED with yellow jacket bees and 2. our puppy had a staph in fection ... so it's been a little crazy, to say the least. Reality hit us like a b1tch slap upon our return!

But ANYWAY.... our wedding was absolutely amazing!!!! All of our vendors did an OUTSTANDING job, especially After Hours Orchestra (they ROCKED), Danfords (A+++), and Red Carpet Limo (Joey really made my day -- I'll post details in a mini review later). There were a few *little* hiccups that occurred, but nothing major! The weather was incredible on 9/4. Everyone had a great time and it was truly the happiest day of my life. I'm still getting used to everyone calling me Mrs. Leahy and as a wife! So weird!

DH and I did the ARGENTINE TANGO as our first dance, and it was a HUGE hit. I was so nervous about tripping since I'd never danced in my gown before, and the bustle kept coming undone, but we pulled it off! Our guests were floored! All those lessons paid off!

My dad was COMPLETELY missing in action for our dance!!!! My brother stepped in until he was found (he'd been outside having a cigarette with one of my guy friends!!! tsk tsk!!!)

I'm sorry to hear about the bees!! How did that happen? How do you get rid of it? How long have they been there? haha that's a lot of bee questions... but I'm soo curious!

Is your dogs infection related to the bees in any way?

Thanks, Kerri!!!! The person watching our other dog left our back door open one day (ALL day) and bees decided to make a next in the corner of one of our windows!!! Murphy, the puppy, was staying at DH's sister's house so I don't think the two are related. All the bees were gone ASAP though - I went to town with bug killer!
