We have blocked rooms there for our wedding and received any excellent rate! I'm not sure about the brunch...we're having that the Hyatt instead.... FM for details. BTW, the ladies in the reservation department there are very very nice to deal with!!! Also, you don't have to guarantee a certain number of rooms will be blocked...so you lose nothing...
We blocked room at the hilton in Ronkonkoma. We have actually stayed there a few times and the rooms were always very clean and the staff is friendly. The only thing neg i would say is they dont really have a special suite with a hottub or anything if you and FH are staying there. They put two reg rooms togeather and make one a bedroom and one a living area. The rate we got was awesome and i didnt want my guest to have to pay and arm and a leg so after researching many of the hotels in the area i went with the Hilton. We blocked rooms for 3 nights we are paying 79 a night plus tax. For breakfast they can do two breakfast options set up a private room with breakfast for your guest if i remember is 22pp, or what we are going to do they give you vochers for you guest for there hot buffet and you sit in the little cafe to the right of the entrance. The vochers are ony 15pp and if they dont use them you will not get charged. They also set up a wedding web site if you want so your guest can make reservations online or by phone.
