HILTON: 'RICHIE WASN'T MY FIRST CHOICE FOR REALITY SHOW'

PARIS HILTON is elated pal KIMBERLY STEWART plans to join her in her hit reality show THE SIMPLE LIFE - because she didn't originally want NICOLE RICHIE as her co-star.

The hotel heiress, who has confirmed reports that she and Richie are no longer friends, is hoping for Stewart to join her on the road for the fourth series of the show - and she claims the daughter of ROD STEWART was her original first choice.

Hilton says, 'When the first installment happened, I wanted Kim. And she was like, 'I'm not doing a reality show.' Nicole was like, 'I'll do it.' I was like, 'Alright.'

'So now it's going to be new and fun, and we're really excited.'

I watch it because Nicole is so funny - i don't care about Paris at all. If rod's daughter joins the show - I'm done...BORING!!!!!!!!!!

That show is totally old anyhow... it should've never lasted past season one, if that..

i think, and have thought for months, that paris has become jealous of nicole... nicole has lost weight, learned to dress with CLASS, and gotten engaged to a guy she actually LOVES...
no wonder classless paris can't stand it.

She is now saying that she wants to have a baby with her boyfriend paris.
WOW I wonder if that has anything to do with all the publicity that Brit is getting?

I love people who don't have enough self-awareness to realize that 95% of the population thinks you a moron and wants you to go away.

I think she's accomplished her goal of proving that the Paris Hilton is not a hotel in France.

I didn't know that! Then again, Barbara Walters is what? 85 years old now? Does she still have her finger on the pulse of America?

I hope she was voted as intriguing because people wonder how someone so wealthy from such an allegedly upstanding family can be so totally classless and vapid. I must admit, I AM intrigued by that.
