Hi!...new here

Hope I can post here as a 'newbie'. I'm Karoline and I've been checking out this website for a while now and... I've been married for a while now... just never posted until now! We're in the home buying process too, so I mostly check out posts here. You guys seem like a great bunch of people and I thought it's about time I introduce myself! (I just don't see any newbies like me on the whole board!)
