HM-Any one doing Aruba?

Fh and I are discussing hm. My vote hands down is Tahiti-i just love the whole over water bungalow. But we are looking into Aruba, all inclusive. Is anyone going there or been there? Where to stay?

You'll get some people who chose not to go with the all inclusive bc there are so many different places to eat.......FH and I like our beer so all inclusive works for us

If you have any ?'s FM me, I'd love to help.

We are also staying at The occidental, All inclusive is the only way to go since FH likes to drink a bit.

My cousin went twice to aruba the first time for their hineymoon to the hyatt second time to the raddison. They said the hyatt is better then the raddison. They also said that the occidental looks amazing, They took a walk around for me.

We stayed at the Wyndham, which is now the Westin. We didn't do all inclusive. I wrote a very detailed description in my review.

We are most likely doing Aruba and we are going to stay at the Divi Aruba which is all-inclusive. I would definitely check it out!

i LOVE aruba
the only reason we arent going for the HM is bc we went already!!

we stayed at the tamarijn - great all inclusive - very inexpensive. . . but not 'luxury' BUT its right on the beach and amazing. . . and clean

Restaurants that are AMAZING out there (Just went in Jan....) are:
1. El Gaucho (Excellent and famous steak house)
2. Madame Janette (My personal fav, AMAZING, authentic food)
3. SOLE MARE (Italian – VERY GOOD option if you want Italian)
4. Papiamento (My 2nd personal fav) Outside seating surrounding a pool, authentic food

#2 & #4 are MUST go's - you always need reservations!

We did Aruba for our HM. We stayed at the Aruba Resort Spa and Casino, it changed hands after we booked it.
I wouldnt recommend all inclusive, there are soo many great restaurants in Aruba. If I had it to do over again, I would have done all inclusive only for drinks and maybe lunch, but not for dinner.
I would recommend the Radisson

Stayed at the Divi Golf & Beach resort and the Radisson, neither was all inclusive. Both were great in their own ways.

Aruba is awesome! I was there twice. Both times I stayed at the Wyndham....once all-inclusive and once regular. I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive b/c there are so many really great restaurants in Aruba you would be missing out to eat the hotel food every day. (and if you want the good stuff..like Lobster or Filet Mignon they have an extra charge.....and you can only eat at certain times...it wasn't like other Island all-inclusives where you can snack all day).
I heard the Divi hotels are really fun. Wyndham was a little older, more stuffy. Hyatt is nice too.
The people are so friendly in Aruba...it's the best...and I have been all over.
