HM - California anyone???

HM - California anyone???

I should probably do a search..figured I would throw it out here...

Is anyone going, or has anyone been to the Napa Valley???? I was thinking of looking in to it for my HM....My wedding is October, and I was thinking of romantic places that would not be in Hurricanes way...

there is a great place called the Ventana Inn and Spa that would be an excellent HM destination.

FH and I did Sonoma Valley and wine tasting/hiking. It was very beautiful and very relaxing.

We are also planning to drive down the coast from SF down to San Diego. October is supposed to be a great in CA, but we have not planned our exact itinerary yet. There are so many romantic stops!! Keep in touch with your plans and Ill do the same with info!!

I loved Napa, my FH and I went a couple of years ago in May.

The weather is good there most of the year. We stayed at the Marriott in Napa, which I loved (we aren't bed and breakfast people). They had a great spa there and the rooms were really nice, we got a good deal through Priceline. We went out one night in downtown Napa and one night in downtown Sonoma. I liked the Sonoma area better for dinner options, it has a really cute square.

We're thinking of going back there sometime before our wedding, we have friends outside San Fran and they are getting ready to move back to the NY Metro area.
