My Flight leaves at 8:15 am- If I got to the airport by 6:30 that is more than enough time right? Or is it too much time?

I say that's good. Better be safe than sorry. You never know what's going to happen with flights the day before. Worst case scenario - go have a drink at the bar

that should be enough time
for our flight, we got there 2 hours before and there were crazy lines at JFK at 5:30 in the morning. We actually got pulled off the line for our flight

It was January, so lots of kids were taking vacations too for winter break, I was shocked too, I had no clue that it would be that crowded either

we had the SAME PROBLEM with the long lines!!!! we almost missed our flight because the people checking people in were soooooooooooo slow and then the line at security was CRAZY! we got there like 2.5 hours beforehand and barely made the flight!
eta: i've heard this is a growing problem with jetblue...

more then enough time. if your not going international 45 minutes before departure is fine.. if your goin international they require 2 hours before departure to be sufficient!:)

We are flying to Puerto Rico- I think that isnt considered international. so I should be ok- Thansk girls
