HM getaway

So, FH and I have decided to hold off on our HM until the end of the year. I want to go someplace warm (The caribbean) and FH doesnt want to go there in the summer. Says it will be too hot....What a baby...lol

Does anyone have any getaway suggestions so that we can maybe do something after we get married?

I posted last week about not taking a honeymoon. This is what I decided to do.

Out in East Marion there is a new resort that just opened. They have a 3 night minimum reservation in the summer, so I am booking the room for the Fri-Sat-Sun of my wedding weekend. That way we can stay there and not be too far from home, but can still take advantage of the amenities of the resort. Also, the resort has a complimentary limo so we can go into town if we want.

I am sure there are many hotels, motels, inns etc. who offer similiar packages.
