We are looking for something inexpensive. maybe like something all inclusive for around $1000. Any suggestioons. We were thinking about the Bahamas. We are both from the Caribbean and I've been to most of the Islands and I'm open to suggestions........

riu paradise island was great. i heard they are doing or just completed renovations recently. we went last in 2006 but previously 2005 but we thought it was great. good luck
1,000 might be tough if you are trying to go for a week...you might be able to find something for 1,000 each for a week somewhere like Cancun or something.
Thanks ladies...we are going for 3-5 days..Fh doesnt have that much time off because he will be takjing time off to come to NY for the wedding so he will prob only have 3 days left of Vaca time.
