We are so strapped for money, but we DO want to go away for a few days immediatly after the Wedding.
Any suggestions on where to go for say 4-5 nights that is cheap? Say $2000 for 2 people air and hotel included??
We LOVE the beach, and would love somewhere sunny.
No cruises ( I get sea sick... )

We went to Mexico this last May and paid $1600 on air fare and hotel for 6 nights and 7 days in Cancun, we booked through Liberty Travel..check them out and see what they have to offer.

Yea, I would say Cancun is really cheap. Go on southwest.com or ifly.com to see really cheap flights. Or you could try Hilton Head, NC or Myrtle Beach?

You can get great deals when you go to Vegas.

Mexico is cheap and nice. We just went all inclusive for about $2200 for 7 nights.
ETS meant to also say that we used miles for air. But I bet you could go for 5 days.

Hey, I am in the same boat so I feel your pain. We went to Puerto Vallarta in Mexico last summer and it was about $2200 for an all inclusive. The place is beautiful and there is alot to do there.

How about South Beach, Miami? Relatively cheap, and you don't necessarily need a car.

we went to couples swept away negril last year for 5 days and spent about that much. it was all-inclusive and tons of fun!!
P.S. I booked with Hayley and so have a few girls here. Find your best and lowest price and email her after you receive your quote and she will beat it, Jennifer does also...and best part is that they help you decide where to go.
Be careful with Cancun. It is spring break time during you honeymoon time.]
However there are other beautiful places in Mexico.

FI and I went to Curacao for a vacation and LOVED it. It was very reasonably priced (probably b/c it's not a huge tourist spot). We paid $1050 pp, all inclusive, for 8 days.
We stayed at Breezes and had a wonderful time. We've been to other Breezes properties and left unimpressed. Breezes Curacao is probably the nicest of their properties and the weather is fantastic!
The travel agent we used managed to get us an upgrade on our room (ended up with oceanfront) and we had a bottle of champagne in our room when we checked in. About an hour after our arrival, they sent us a plate of fresh, tropical fruits and another bottle of champagne. It was later that we learned that they thought we were on our honeymoon.
