We were originally thinking about Jamiaca or the Bahamas, but we've been reading a lot of nice things about Mexico but we're worried about the 'revenge.'
Any thoughts on 'the revenge' in Mexico? That could really spoil a trip, imo...

What's wrong with Sandals??? FI and I just got home from Jamaica Whitehouse, and it was out of this world! I've heard St. Lucia is supposed to be amazing!

I havent heard anything bad about Sandals but you can always look into Couples, I heard they are similar?

I've been to Mexico probably a dozen times and never had anything happen. It really depends on where you go and what you eat.
I have been to Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, Cabo, Puerto vlarata, Matazland, and Palya Blanca.
Never got sick. If you are so worried just don't drink the water or eat fruits and vegetables that are not peeled.
Most tourist places have filtered their water and it is pretty save, espectially all the resorts.
