Is anyone staying kind of local for their hm? We were thinking of Newport or Block Island. Any suggestions?

If you search Bed & Breakfasts in Rhode Island, you find some really beautiful ones. If you go to RI, stay somewhere near the 'Cliff Walk'. Its right on the ocean and it has amazing views.
We were going to do that as a second half of our HM after St. Lucia, but have decided Las Vegas instead.

My FH and I went to Block Island and we stayed in this lovely place called Hotel Manisses. Its a lovely victorian style Inn. Its called a hotel but about the size of an inn. The rooms are romantic and pretty. There is a great romantic restaurant with a great old fashioned look to it. There is even a little farm with emus, sheeps and other cute animals. They provide a free tour of the island with your stay and free breakfast.Hotel Manisses

we're going away, but FI proposed on Block Island and I highly recommend it. We had a great time there!
