Re: HM Question!
My plan is to stay in the bridal suite at the Wingate after the reception, and then take the honeymoon 1 or 2 days later.

Re: HM Question!
My wedding is on a Sunday night and we are leaving on Tuesday. We are going to stay in a hotel the night of the wedding.
My sister got married on a Sunday night and left that morning at 5am. My brother in-law was so drunk he could hardly move. She told me to definitely wait a day or two.

Re: HM Question!
We're taking a day or two. I don't think my FH wants to fly the night of our wedding or the next day (even though it's been 5 years by that point)..9/11.

Re: HM Question!
We actually aren't leaving for our honeymoon for 6 days after the wedding. We wanted some time to get all settled in prior to leaving for our honeymoon!

Re: HM Question!
We are getting married on Sat, April 8 and leaving for the HM Monday, April 10.
We need a day to get situated before we leave.

Re: HM Question!
We are getting married on the Saturday that begins President's week which is a MAJOR travel week. We will wait until about Tuesday or Wednesday to fly out (wherever we are going) because the availability of flights may be limited on the weekends. I would also rather be on a plane with as few children as possible - but there is always one who is screaming their head off

Re: HM Question!
We are getting married on a Saturday afternoon and our cruise leaves from San Juan Puerto Rico Sunday night. We will be going to a hotel near the airport from the reception and will fly out Sunday afternoon to take the cruise.

Re: HM Question!
Since we are getting married on a Friday, we are staying at a hotel that night, then will return home Saturday to regroup, then leave for the honeymoon Sunday.

Re: HM Question!
Our wedding is a Saturday night, and we are leaving for the HM the following Friday. The prices for flights were 1/2 the price than if we had left the day after the wedding. It's the whole winter break thing.
