FH and I have been going back and forth about whether we should go on a Carribbean cruise, or pick a resort and stay in one location. Any thoughts girls . . .?

We're having the same problem....I'm personally leaning towards the cruise so we can see more places. Actually what we may do is instead of a 10-night cruise (Hawaiian) is spend 3 nights in Honolulu and then hop a 7-night cruise....the best of both!

We went on a cruise, (north, not south)... I honestly think we would have picked Cruising over any other stay!! We really had a blast, and there was Sooooooooooo much stuff to do. The ship was so huge that you never ran out of places to go or events to participate in! The ports of call were awesome, and there are many tours or events that you can sign up for on board. Of course, going some place warm, you wouldnt even need anything to do.. just soak up the sunshine!! But if you are people that like to 'Do' stuff, as well as relax, I would definately recommend cruises!!!
Ps... If you do cruise, get a room with a balcony-- ABSOLUTELY Awesome!--- Feel free to FM for more details.. Oh, and check out www.vacationstogo.com and find a travel agent that meets or beats prices-- Thats what we did!

We also took a cruise for our honeymoon (it was our first time cruising) and I am hooked. It was the best vacation I have ever taken. You get to stop at several locations, and the ship we were on was absolutely gorgeous. And I second the recommendation of getting a balcony.... it's breathtaking!

I am also doing a cruise. It will be our first time cruising but I know it will be one to remember.

We're going on a cruise. It will be my first and FH has been on a few 2 when he was a kid and 1 with a group of guys after HS. So we're pretty excited.

i love cruises...but i'm afraid i'll get seasick, so we're going to try an all-inclusive instead

My Fh and I went on a cruise this past July...we had a great time but you are very limited to the amt of time you have on each island. Fh said he would prefer an island vacation over a cruise. I personally like them both. But on the cruise we went on the most time we had on an island was 12 hours. The last one we visited we were there for about 6. We went on a cruise from NY to the carribean so maybe we had more traveling than normal...

I have been on 2 cruises and would recommend cruising to anyone! The first time we went on Carnival to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Jamaica. It was 7 nights. The second time we did Costa to San Juan, St. Thomas, Dominican Republic and Nassau. I had so much fun on these cruises. Even on the days when we were stuck on the ship, there was so much to do. Look at all of the different places I have been to! That is why I recommend a cruise.

We went on a Southern Carribbean cruise for our HM, and we had a blast. You get to go to different islands, and do different things. There is so much to do on a cruise. I don't think you will ever be bored.
