HM Registry

Hey girls!! So I've been working on our HM registry for the past few hours

What do you girls think so far?? It's not finished yet but here it is

I think it's really cool! It's informative and fun, and gives an awesome description of where you'll be going as well as what each gift is.

This looks awesome!! FH and I really want to do one so I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions about yours. Did you choose exactly what you wanted to do and then put it in or does the site come with standard wording?? And then for things like a bottle of wine or a happy hour is that like a giftcard that you will use towards that or are you actually purchasing these items?? Sorry if these questions are silly I am just trying to figure out where to get started. Thanks a bunch!!!!

Not all the registries are the same but I used Traveler's Joy...You choose exactly what you want to put on there and what you want to say...u even choose the dollar amount of the gifts. You can also upload your own pics so all the pics on mine are the actual places we'll be and things we'll do.

As far as receiving the gifts, the company actually just gives you a check for the total amount of all gifts bought...it doesn't actually book anything for you. You can request payment at any time and they will send you a check for the amount purchased thus far. You can get one big total check on the date you choose, or you can get multiple checks by requesting payment through the site whenever you want. It might sound confusing but I hope this helped a little!
