We are so strapped for money, but we DO want to go away for a few days immediatly after the Wedding.
Any suggestions on where to go for say 4-5 nights that is cheap? Say $2000 for 2 people air and hotel included??
We LOVE the beach, and would love somewhere sunny.
No cruises ( I get sea sick... )

I would look into Florida - Fort Lauderdale, Miami or Key West. It's sunny, not expensive, there are lots of deals on flights right now to fly down there, and there's lots to do. Good luck!

Disney World? DH & I went to Disney in 2003 for 5 days, total cost, $1,500 (air, hotels, hopper pass, dinners, etc...)

Someone once suggested going to Costco (or even their website) and checking out the travel deals they have on there - they are very reasonable, and they are for all over the world. I'd check it out.
DH and I are going to Key West, airfare included for 5 days, 4 nights..850.00 so you would probably wind up going longer.

They have a TON of really great last minute deals, and other packages. Since your wedding is coming up, I bet they have packages up there that are for your travel dates already. FH and I went to Paris and London 2 summers ago on one of their packages that included air and hotel.

I know this really great place in Western Florida on the Gulf called Pine Island. It's very close to Sanibel and Captiva but much more affordable. We stayed at a great place called the Tarpon Lodge, which only has about 12 rooms. They have a room with a private balcony (room #1) and a view of the pool and Gulf. FH and I went there for about $1200 total for 5 days in March (including air, hotel, and car) and they've been offering some more discounts since they rebuilt after the hurricane.
There are tons of local restaurants and the Tarpon Lodge and a very nice restaurant as well. There are boat rides over to Cabbage Key, which is the place that inspired Jimmy Buffet to write 'Cheeseburgers in Paradise.' It's very low-key which is kind of nice. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers, 40 minutes away.
what about Vegas I know there is no beach but great prices!!

What about a cruise that leaves from NY. I believe there is the Norwegian Dawn and Carnival cruise lines. The leave from NY and go to FLA and Bahamas. I think it may be 7 days. For me and my FH the cost of our room was like $900. Dinner is included all you have to pay for is your excursions and drinks.
They run alot of specials too!

Try Dominican Republic....Punta Cana would be the city you'd want to go to! Lots of all inclusives and it's only a 4 1/2 hr plane ride!
