HM to Thailand-- will trip Insurance help us?

Anyone else going to Thailand on their HM? This STINKS!

Anyways, does anyone know anything about trip insurance? Like for example, we bought our plane tickets, no hotels booked yet, but can we buy insurance on flights and say, if there are still protests when HM comes, we use the insurance policy?

I know very little about trip insurance and trying to find the fine print....

Any help is much appreciated!

dnt know anything bout insurance but i hope that the issues there get resolved soon! I heard in the news that the protest leaders have all surrendered so hopefully you could still go to your HM!

i always thought insurance covers you for whatever but on lif a girl was preg and couldnt travel to italy and that wasnt covered for her insurance so shes out all that money.
