GREECE/EGYPT hands down

I am doing something similar, but am actually staying in greece for a few days to hang out in Mykonos, then we are doing the Cruise to a Few Islands of Greece, Egypt, Turkey and Israel.

and its defenitely sooooooo affordable (i never though i could do it) and we are also doing a HM registry for the excursions.
