If they would at least introduce themselves.... I mean, you wouldn't walk up to a total stranger and start asking questions about their wedding plans.

I think even if some of them are fake we should at least try not to be so *****y because some of them are real. When I joined this board I just asked a question- I didn't post an introduction. Maybe we should have a rules section so newbies know what to do.. because IMO I think a lot of us are unnecessarily tough on them.

Maybe a sticky post at the top of the boards asking that all new brides introduce themselves and give some details about their engagement, any wedding plans to date, or what they know they want (# of people, time of year, etc.)

I was being sarcastic about the rules. Who cares if there are fake brides trolling around- with all the crap on the internet these days, if we haven't learned to see through what is real and what is fake we are pretty sorry- if you think they are fake, ignore them. Eventually LI Weddings will take them out. If everyone was as sick and tired of the fake brides as they said they were, they wouldn't be making the threads so long by responding about it non-stop.
