So now that the holidays are approaching FH and I were talking about what each other wanted. It got me thinking, what are you guys getting your FH for the holidays? What do you want FH to get you?

I was actually thinking of asking FH to get me the tiara I really want or a special jewelry set to wear at the wedding. I think it will make it more special.

NOTHING! I said 'sve your $$' we are broke. His b-day is the 23rd SO I will be getting him some clothes, but no Christmas this year

Well I'm getting FH a mini-fridge for the garage for when he's working on his car or in the yard, he can have a cold drink without having to go all the way into the house. There's also some drill type thingy he wants from Sears so I'll get him that.
He says he's getting all my gifts from the 99 Cent store since we just got engaged in Oct.

we are skipping gifts this year- not b/c of money - just b/c our wedding is 12/10, then we go on our HM until 12/21
we buy each other stuff all the time, neither one of us need anything- so skipping this year!

We agreed to not buy gifts for eachother this year. We have too many family members to buy for, and with the wedding fast approaching, every penny saved matters!
ETA: I'm glad we're not the only ones skipping gifts this year. I thought I'd be the only one...

We haven't even discussed it yet. FH's b-day is 12/4 and I am going a little bit overboard for that. He did say that he would get me the earrings Ms. Quina found that I love to wear at the wedding, but that was months ago, and I don't know if he remembers the discussion.

Not sure yet, I wouldn't be opposed to not exchanging gifts this year. I'd rather save our money. If anything it'll be small but we really haven't discussed it yet. He has it tough since my bday is 3 weeks before Christmas.

At first we agreed not to exchange, but he went and got me 'something little' anyway. I told him we can't afford it, but he wants little stuff. I don't really want anything, want I want happens in August! I'd rather have nothing for Christmas then stress over stupid $$

We said no gifts for each other this year b/c we have so much to pay for in the months to follow. I'm cool with it. If I know him though, he'll get me something small like a sweater. I'll get him some stocking stuffers, like a DVD and CD's. Nothing crazy.

I wanted to pay for the XM installation in his car, but he went and did it himself. So now I am not too sure. I might just get him hockey tickets.

We spend so much money on each other!! I love buying presents for him, and I also love receiving them.

he wants some fancy remote. I told him I want a cahsmere sweater. I also told him we should take it easy this year and set a limit, but I dont know if he can control himself.

I really want this hair straightner I know sounds corny- but i love it and dont want to spend the $$$ on it myself- so i am hoping he gets it...as far as what he wants...NO CLUE cause he never tells me, but it is the 1st year in our house and We will be exchanging im happy!
