Crate and Barrel has an adorable set of 18 cookie cutters for $12.95. Very cost effective if you want to break them up and give them as individual favors!

No. It's 12.95 for a package of 18... Which means you can have either 18 favors or 9. Depending how you want to break up the package. Then it would be less than a $1. Or you can do it in groups of 3 cookie cutters.
