Holliday INN at westbury (near chateaubriand)

any reviews about this hotel?

Looked into it when searching for OOT hotels, but got a better deal at the Red Roof Inn

I am saying at the La Quinta the rooms are nicer

Im using the Holiday Inn Westbury... I looked at the La Quinta, which I liked better, BUT the bar at the H.I. is an actual bar...separate from the lobby etc. I just felt like ppl would enjoy themselves for an afterparty in the bar there, so we picked it.

I'm using this hotel but really only because it is right next door to my RH, the CB. I know that they renovated over the past few years but I haven't seen the rooms. I just figured it would be the most convenient, but let's face it, it's a Holiday Inn, I'm not expecting it to be wonderful

I used this hotel, I dont know I guess I was expecting it to be a little more affordable since it is the Holiday Inn but it wasnt. I didn't get any negative reviews about it and they had breakfast for my guests.

I stayed there a couple of years ago because friends of ours had blocked rooms for their wedding. The hotel was fine. The rooms were ok to crash in (I wouldn't want to go there for vacation but for a night after a wedding, it was fine). The bar was definitely a good thing to have.
