Hi, Everyone! I am new to this section; I never knew there was a homes section. The bridal section really helped me out when I needed it, so I thought I'd try this section now.
My husband and I have just put an offer for a house in Holtsville, and i have got to admit,
I AM NERVOUS!
Not about the area, really, just the price and monthly payments! We will be so broke after paying all our bills each month and I feel scared and am wondering if we should do it! I feel like there's a war in my head! Has anyone felt this way just before buying a home? It's our first home.
Also, does anyone know anything about Holstville? I've heard Sachem school district is pretty good.If you can tell me anything else about the area, I would greatly appreciate it.
