SO I dunno why in my brain I thought i had a month and 16 days to send out my invites...I ONLY HAVE 16 DAYS! TO MAKE IT 2 MONTHS BEFORE RSVP DATE. I am still in the assembling process AND i still need envelopes addressed. I didn't want to spend so much on hand calligraphy so maybe i'll get them printed BUT my dillema is that there are corrections and additional info to be updated to the guest list...but this comp doesn't have the appropriate files to do so and its the only comp i have access to.

When is your RSVP date? We are sending ours out in August with an RSVP of Sept. 13, one month before the wedding.

well thats what i was thinking...rsvp one month before date so sept 18th...and send 1 month before...but then i read alot of girls were sending 2 months before rsvp and i panicked.

Don't stress over it!! Actually i read a thread yesterday that said your invites should only be sent out 4 weeks before your RSVP, which for me would be 8/19 but I know i'll send them before that. I can't wait to get them out of my apartment.

just because others do something doesn't mean you have to do it...everyone's RSVP situation is different so do whatever works best for you.
if you need more time, give yourself more time...don't try to 'keep us with the Joneses'

Don't stress! You have plenty of time! I don't know if you have Excel and Word. That is what I used to print my invites using a mail merge. It was pretty easy and very cheap!

Giving 2 months to RSVP really isn't necessary. You should be sending your invites out 2 months before your WEDDING date, not RSVP date. If you want to give people more time, that's great, but don't stress yourself over it bc I don't think it's a huge deal! HTH!
