HOLY COW - it took me long enough - our wedding video

I put most of the video up on youtube, just cut out the family dancing on the floor bits. I had to compress it a lot to get it to all go up at a decent size to view. So enjoy!

I have to say Patken did a great job. The only thing I have to even say somewhat negative was they threw in stock music for my details which is really kinda eh but other then that we are very happy.

Part 1 - The slideshow and video montage

Part 2 - The ceremony

Part 3 - The details, entrance of bridal party and first dance

Part 4-6 are up on youtube but I didn't put a link up here since I didn't think people would want to see the speeches, pipers, dancers, etc. But if you do just go to my other movies on my account on youtube and you can get the links there.

Part 7 - Cake cutting, dances, bouquet toss, garter toss and the last dance

hi there! i used patken as well for video and photo too. did you get the basic or deluxe video?

and, how can you upload the DVD to youtube? is there an easy way to do it?

great vid! especially love the killers song....DH chose that as the song for the pics of the guys getting ready on our slideshow

its the basic video package. No there really isn't a easy way to rip from a dvd. I had to first download free software that will rip from the dvd and then make into an avi or mp4 file. Then I had to use quicktime pro to open it to convert to a .mov file to then edit it into clips then save it as a compressed file for streaming web to then upload it on youtube. It basically has taken me two days because I have a slower connection (dsl) at home and just has been a nightmare getting it up.
