omggggg so today was my first day teaching... IM SO OVERWHELMED!!!!
it was a GREAT day...the kids are AWESOME (minus one or two troublemakers that will be taken care of)... we even did a few academic things which my mentor was COMPLETELY surprised with!
Tomorrow is a day of predictor testing and what not... i hope it goes as smoothly as today did!!
oh and p.s. im going to be getting there around 7:15 each day... so im not going to be staying as late as i would if i wasnt getting there almost an hour earlier than i need to be there...which is good.
i love the staff, love the kids... this is gonna be a great year. Did anyone else have a great first day today?

I get to school before 7:00 so I get a good parking spot and I can prep before the kids come in. Its soooo much better than staying. Glad you had a good first day!

yeah i got there around 6:30 this morning and there was like nothing to do basically after 7:15 so i decided to just get there at 7:15 at least tomorrow since i know what has to be done in the morning. i love getting there early cuz the traffic coming home was awful!!! i left around 3:45, didnt get home till about 5:15
