Holy crap!!!!!!!! (UPDATE 4/20)

We just made an offer on a house. What the hell just happened to us?!?!? When did we grow up?

UPDATE: (4/20 evening)

THEY ACCEPTED THE OFFER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We can't officially breathe until the paperwork in signed, but YAY!!!!!! This has been a tough one as they are getting divorced and there are many lawyers, even a judge, involved. Too many people if you ask me. Hopefully we can get this all taken care of soon!!!!!!!
