Thats insane!!! It really makes me mad! 90% of criminals who are let out or not convicted become repeat offenders! Its like rapists/child molesters that they let out after they think they have been 'rehabilitated' They serve 5-8 years sometimes less in jail, they are released and then another poor woman or child gets raped, molested or attacked. Its just my opinion but Anyone who can commit these crimes in the first place is not right in the head and they don't just change the way they are most of the time.

I know it was weird because my mom and I were just saying a few days ago that he'll get caught for it eventually and then this happened! Good I hope he goes to jail for a long long time.
