Holy Cr*p my dress is in!

I just called David's Bridal and MY DRESS IS IN! It wasn't supposed to be in until December, but it's in NOW!!!

Now....I just have to find a place to put it!
I guess the pressure is really on to finally lose that damn weight because I have to start alterations! shoot!

You don't have to start alterations until end of Feb/March, so you have time!!!

Just enjoy this feeling and MAKE SURE to hand INSPECT every inch of the dress when you pick it up!

i got my dress in july i think...and i'm not getting married till july coming up...so i have it hanging in my room on a hook..it scares me every night if i wake up cuz i think its a person hahahahahaha. but yeah i definitely agree about checking it when you pick it up.

Sail428, don't worry I got freaked out by my dress too. The night before my wedding it was hanging on the bedroom door and in the dark I thought it was a person too. Nothing like a wedding dress to scare the $hit out of you the night before you walk down the aisle!!

yeah I know...I've heard all the horror stories from people and from here. I just can't believe it's in so soon....I mean I shouldn't be shocked because my BM dresses came in super fast too, but wow. I have like NO WHERE to put this dress because my house is going to be under construction from now until the wedding

I know I have time with alterations, I have to figure out if I'm going to use someone else (like phyllis or another) or David's bridal. David's charges SO much money and I've heard so many horror stories there too...so I'm thinking I'm going to go elsewhere....but I would guess I have to schedule it soon, no?

I am excited.

When New Years comes (our 2 year engagement anniversary) it will be 3 months to the wedding! It's definitely moving so fast at this point. Unfortunately the concert is coming so fast too....bad news. After the concert then I'll start to be much more excited. The bigger issue will be after the wedding - We get back from our HM on April 9, go back to school on April 12 and my next concert is on April 30! my principal s*cks. She knew I was getting married - I really needed a late May or June concert this year - not APRIL! Oh well. I can't wait for my wedding - just keep positive! Yours will be here before you know it too!

Isn't is exciting to have the real thing! My dress also just came in- and it's 4 months early!
